How are reservations confirmed?
Online reservations are confirmed by email shortly after you make your reservation.
Reservations by phone are automatically confirmed.
What are your seating times?
We work in two seating slots for dinner, the first one from 19:00 to 21:30 and the second 21:30 to 00:00. From 00:00 you can reserve your table for the club and bottle service.
The reservation times don’t work for me, what can I do?
Please contact our sales department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if I am running late?
We have a 15 minute tolerance policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may lose your table. Please call us in advance, and let us know that you are running late so that we can accommodate you.
May I come with a party of six or more people?
If you wish to book a table for 6 or more people, please contact us.
Do you allow smoking?
We do allow smoking in a designated area. The non-smoking and smoking areas are in separate rooms.
Can I bring my young children?
SILK allows smoking (in designated areas) therefore, children under the age of 16 are not allowed. If you have anyone under that age, please contact us before.
Do you have vegan options?
We have several vegan and vegetarian options, please consult our menu and / or your server. Please alert us previous to arrival for vegan options.
What if I have allergies or other preferences?
Please notify us of any allergies and/or preferences when you make your reservation and when you arrive.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
We supply birthday cakes as food and beverages can not be brought into Silk Club. For more information, please consult our sales department when you make your reservation.
What should I wear to dinner at SILK?
Our dress code is smart casual, if you wish to be fancier, please do so by all means. Please note: no gym shorts, tanks, hats, caps, sportswear and/or flip flops allowed. For more details, consult our regulatory rules.
What can I expect to eat and drink?
We have a wide selection of Japanese and some Mediterranean dishes, made from the finest ingredients, please consult our menu.

Regulatory rules of internal operation
Access prohibited to all those wearing or carrying:
- Sports trainers and all trainers in bad condition.
- Sandals and flip flops.
- Sports shorts or equivalent.
- All gym or sports wear.
- Clothing in bad condition.
- Uniforms except official entities.
- Sleeveless t-shirts.
- Caps, beanies and hats.
- Objects that are not suited for the establishment.
- Anyone showing disrespectful behaviour towards any members of staff.

It is forbidden to remove any items of service (including glasses) from the venue.
Internal venue rules
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Enter areas closed to the public, such as service areas.
- Sit at tables that are indicated as reserved, or in use by other clients.
- Climb on to tables, sofas or any other equipment or furniture.
- Consume or use drugs.
- Undressing inside the club.
- Use caps, beanies, hats or other similar accessories.
- Throw any objects out of the venue.
Products
Once unwrapped all products are considered purchased. Exchanges and returns are prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to bring any food or beverage to the venue.
Bottles
All bottles are to be consumed within the premises of the venue.
Objects
It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue carrying any items that cause suspicion or a feeling of unsafety, such as backpacks and other big luggage. As well as other items that are similar to those used in the venue such as bottles and glasses.
Violation of the rules of this regulation prevents access to the venue, or determines the eviction of the perpetrators.
