How are reservations confirmed?
Online reservations are confirmed by email shortly after you make your reservation. Reservations by phone are automatically confirmed.
What are your seating times?
We work in two seating slots for dinner, the first one from 19:00 to 21:30 and the second from 21:30 to 00:00. From 00:00 onwards, you can reserve your table for club and bottle service.
The reservation times don’t work for me, what can I do?
Please contact us and our sales department will do its best to accommodate your request.
What happens if I am running late?
We have a 15-minute tolerance policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your table. Please call us in advance and let us know if you are running late so we can accommodate you.
May I come with a party of six or more people?
If you wish to book a table for six or more people, please contact us.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. The smoking and non-smoking areas are located in separate rooms.
Can I bring my young children?
As SILK allows smoking in designated areas, children under the age of 16 are not permitted. If anyone in your party is under that age, please contact us beforehand.
Do you have vegan options?
We offer several vegan and vegetarian options. Please consult our menu and/or ask your server. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance regarding vegan requests.
What if I have allergies or other preferences?
Please notify us of any allergies and/or dietary preferences both when making your reservation and upon arrival.
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
We provide birthday cakes, therefore outside food and beverages are not permitted inside SILK Club. For more information, please contact our sales department when making your reservation.
What should I wear to dinner at SILK?
Our dress code is smart casual, although guests are welcome to dress more formally if they wish. Please note that gym shorts, tank tops, hats, caps, sportswear and flip-flops are not permitted. For more details, please consult our regulatory rules.
What can I expect to eat and drink?
We offer a wide selection of Japanese cuisine alongside selected Mediterranean dishes, all prepared using premium ingredients. Please consult our menu.

Privacy policy and treatment of personal data
The present set of rules intends to inform our users about the privacy policy and the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) provided by users. Please note that these rules may be subject to changes, therefore we recommend reviewing them regularly.

6. Data transfer
Blue Thing, Lda. may transfer Data within its business organisation, including to companies incorporated in Portugal or abroad, and may also transfer Data to another company resulting from the dissolution, acquisition or restructuring of the company, provided that such entity continues the same commercial activity.
7. Minors
The nature of the activity and the way it is conducted are intended for an adult audience. However, any internet user may access the website and its services without the company being able to verify the absolute accuracy of the information provided. Nevertheless, the company guarantees that it will not knowingly collect, use or disclose Data belonging to minors without obtaining prior consent from the legal guardian responsible for them.

Regulatory rules of internal operation
Access prohibited to all those wearing or carrying:
- Sports trainers and any trainers in poor condition.
- Sandals and flip-flops.
- Sports shorts or similar garments.
- Gym or sportswear of any kind.
- Clothing in poor condition.
- Uniforms, except those belonging to official entities.
- Sleeveless t-shirts or tank tops.
- Caps, beanies and hats.
- Objects considered unsuitable for the establishment.
- Anyone displaying disrespectful behaviour towards staff members.
- Anyone displaying aggressive behaviour towards staff members.
It is strictly forbidden to remove any service items, including glasses, from the venue.
Internal venue rules
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Enter areas closed to the public, including service areas.
- Sit at tables marked as reserved or occupied by other clients.
- Climb onto tables, sofas or any other furniture or equipment.
- Consume or use drugs.
- Undress inside the club.
- Wear caps, beanies, hats or similar accessories.
- Throw any objects outside the venue.
Products
Once unwrapped, all products are considered purchased. Exchanges and returns are not permitted. It is strictly forbidden to bring any food or beverages into the venue.
Bottles
All bottles must be consumed within the premises of the venue.
Objects
It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue carrying any items that may cause suspicion or compromise safety, such as backpacks and large luggage, as well as items similar to those used within the venue, including bottles and glasses.
Violation of these regulations may result in denied entry or immediate removal from the venue.
